Before
downloading your email each morning using your email client (e.g.
MS Outlook) follow these steps:
(i) Login to
MyDomain, see (1) above.
(ii) Under "Services"
click on "Mail".
(iii) Click
on the email address with which you are concerned.
(iv) Click on
"Spam Filter".
(v) Click on
"Training". In here you can fine tune your spam filter
by telling it which of your emails are SPAM.
(vi) After just
a few days of training, your SPAM filter should be near perfect.
(v) By default,
SPAM messages are marked with the tag *****SPAM***** but still delivered
to your mailbox. Once you are happy that your SPAM filter is working
accurately you can change this setting to "Delete".
